Director of Product Management, APAC

About the role

The Director of Product Management, APAC will lead AI‑first product innovation for LexisNexis Legal & Professional across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the EVP & Chief Product Officer and collaborating with engineering, data science and UX teams, you will own regional product outcomes and translate customer needs into scalable AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap for AI‑driven legal technology in APAC, balancing regional customer needs with global strategy.
• Translate customer problems and market opportunities into scalable product concepts and platform capabilities.
• Lead discovery, design and delivery of technical product solutions in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, UX and Architecture.
• Champion modern product development practices, including agile delivery, experimentation, AI model evaluation and data‑driven decision making.
• Manage and develop a regional team of Product Managers, acting as the primary technical partner for Engineering and AI development teams.
• Monitor competitor products, market dynamics and emerging trends to inform strategic direction.

Required profile

• Senior leader with deep technical product expertise and strong commercial judgement.
• Proven experience delivering AI‑first products and working closely with engineering and data‑science teams.
• Track record of leading product managers and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of legal and professional markets in the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Ability to balance regional customer intimacy with global platform objectives.
