Director of Facilities Management EMEA/APAC

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a senior leader to direct Facilities Management across the EMEA and APAC regions. The role will be based in North Ryde, Australia, with responsibility for multiple locations including Singapore, China, Japan, Ireland, the UK, Australia and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering & Property Services team in delivering end‑to‑end real estate, engineering, strategic project delivery and facilities management services for J&J buildings worldwide.
• Oversee regional facilities planning, operations and maintenance to ensure safe, compliant and efficient environments.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes company and align facilities functions with the new organization.
• Drive implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) standards across all facilities in the assigned regions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in facilities management or engineering services within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of EH&S regulations and real‑estate strategy.
• Ability to manage multi‑country operations and lead cross‑functional teams.
