Director of Community Services (Metro North Mental Health - Redcliffe Caboolture)

About the role

Queensland Health is offering a permanent full-time position as Director of Community Services for Metro North Mental Health - Redcliffe Caboolture (MNMH-RC). The role ensures excellence in community clinical service delivery by providing strategic managerial and professional advice, as well as expert clinical and operational leadership to the community mental health teams.

Key responsibilities

• Use clinical community mental health expertise to give expert clinical input into services and lead on complex cases
• Apply expert clinical knowledge and skills to implement service models of care in community mental health settings, ensuring best practice principles are followed
• Use strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills to collaborate with key stakeholders across the community mental health sector
• Work with the executive leadership team within Metro North Mental Health to improve cooperation across services and the quality of outcomes for consumers and stakeholders
