About the role
The Integrated Supply Chain Director will be accountable for end‑to‑end supply chain performance across the APAC region while driving Weir’s global supply chain strategy and transformation agenda. The role translates global strategy into a centralized, digitally enabled operating model.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise‑wide supply chain decisions, supporting the transition to a standardized, digital supply chain organization.
- Oversee planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and fulfillment to improve working capital, lead times and supplier performance.
- Own regional deployment and governance of Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP) and drive Kinaxis implementation and adoption.
- Support enterprise‑wide supply network optimisation using Kinaxis and other digital tools.
- Lead supply chain digitisation aligned with the S4+ roadmap, ensuring data governance and value realisation.
- Drive procurement execution, supplier performance and make‑versus‑buy decisions.
- Embed Lean and continuous‑improvement practices to enhance cost, productivity and customer service.
- Build and lead a high‑performing, globally connected supply chain team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations or related field.
- Significant leadership experience in supply chain, planning, procurement or logistics within a multi‑site, global, matrixed organisation.
- Proven success implementing IBP/SIOP processes and advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis.
- Experience leading large‑scale organisational and business transformation.
