Digital Media Operator

About the role

Cosmo5 is looking for a Digital Media Operator to join its Sydney team. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimise media campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the account manager and client lead in planning, organising and developing client deliverables.
• Create and optimise digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Teads, Spotify and DOOH.
• Manage campaign pacing, adjust budgets, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track, report and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Present weekly and monthly performance reports to client teams and act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for campaign‑related tasks.
• Participate in strategy meetings with key stakeholders and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Creative and innovative problem‑solver with strategic thinking and adaptability.
• Enthusiastic learner eager to develop digital media expertise.
