Digital Marketing Specialist (Search and Social)

About the role

We are looking for a curious Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute search and social campaigns for our B2B clients. You will work in a fast‑changing environment where new tools appear every six months, so the ability to learn quickly and leverage AI is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise SEO, generative‑engine optimisation (GEO) and paid media campaigns across Google PPC, AI‑driven search ads and paid social platforms.
• Generate regular performance reports, conduct audits and implement data‑driven optimisations.
• Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to manage budgets and track results.
• Collaborate with account management, design and web teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Experiment with industry‑leading tools such as Supermetrics, Claude AI and automation platforms.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
• Strong curiosity, self‑learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable asking questions and taking ownership of deadlines.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
