Digital Performance, Analytics & SEO Specialist (Part‑time Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Digital Performance, Analytics & SEO Specialist will work across Marketing, Technology and Data teams to improve content performance, SEO effectiveness and discoverability. The role supports content audits, remediation prioritisation, governance and AI‑driven discovery initiatives, enabling data‑informed decision‑making across ASX’s digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Establish measurement frameworks for content audits and performance assessments, analysing data to identify outdated or low‑value content.
• Support remediation initiatives through performance analysis, prioritisation and governance recommendations.
• Implement measurement and reporting approaches to improve organic search visibility, structured data signals and AI‑driven discovery.
• Design and deliver reporting, dashboards and insights that enable optimisation‑focused decision‑making.
• Develop scalable analytics, measurement and governance standards, translating requirements into implementation specifications for Technology and Data teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital performance, analytics, SEO or measurement uplift initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across Marketing, Technology and Data teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Digital analytics platforms and tag‑management systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• SEO tools such as Siteimprove, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Enterprise CMS experience (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and browser developer tools.
• Dashboard and reporting design using data‑visualisation tools.
