About the role

Vortala is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Australian‑based, fully remote team. You will help healthcare practices attract and retain new patients by managing client relationships and driving digital‑marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and implement tailored digital strategies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing practice clients.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, PPC, graphic design, web development and copywriting teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient conversion and advise clients on best practices.
• Monitor performance data, report results and adjust tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, adaptable and comfortable working independently.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous requests.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast‑moving environment.
