Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Campaign Management

About the role

We are partnering with an IT services business to find a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist who will own and drive lead‑generation campaigns, website optimisation and event promotion. The role is based in the Sydney CBD office and requires five days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads and booked appointments.
• Create and update WordPress landing pages and refresh website content and branding.
• Implement SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies to improve online visibility.
• Support lead nurturing and marketing automation, including use of GoHighLevel or similar tools.
• Plan and execute conferences, roundtables, workshops and client events, driving registrations and attendance.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and distributors to secure marketing development funding for campaigns and events.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing lead‑generation campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong WordPress skills for website updates and landing‑page creation.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and AEO.
• Ability to analyse results, improve lead quality and conversion.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Interest in IT and capacity to translate technical information into engaging marketing.
