Marketing Specialist – HubSpot Demand Generation

About the role

MONEYME is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own demand generation and lifecycle marketing for its partner channels. You will design, build and run end‑to‑end campaigns in HubSpot, collaborating closely with Partnerships, Broker/Dealer, and Sales teams to grow qualified pipeline and deepen partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate HubSpot as the core B2B marketing platform, managing workflows, sequences, lead scoring, list segmentation and CRM hygiene.
• Design and execute lifecycle nurture programs for broker, dealer and partner audiences, from acquisition through activation and re‑activation.
• Build campaign assets (email, landing pages, forms) and manage multi‑touch calendars aligned to partner and sales priorities.
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships to define target segments, messaging, MQL/SQL definitions and track hand‑off quality.
• Report on funnel performance and ROI using HubSpot analytics and dashboards, driving continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech or a regulated industry.
• Proven hands‑on experience running B2B programs in HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Partnerships and Product teams.
• Data‑literate with confidence building and interpreting dashboards to extract insights.

Required skills

• HubSpot (workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting).
• Experience with complementary platforms such as Braze or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for workflow automation.
