Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the CEO and take a hands‑on role across all digital marketing activities at Undeniable Mentoring, a fast‑growing business education company.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, testing audiences, hooks, creative and tracking lead quality, CAC and conversion.
• Create and produce marketing content including static ads, short‑form video, carousels and talking‑head pieces, using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Develop and optimise landing pages, lead magnets and nurture journeys, working with CRM systems to improve lead management.
• Support social media strategy, content planning and organic reach, repurposing content across platforms.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance, identify testing opportunities and understand commercial impact on revenue.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially minded with a strong foundation in digital marketing, paid social or performance marketing.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working closely with a founder‑led team in a fast‑moving environment.
• Interest or passion for fitness, health, wellness or related service‑based businesses.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email/automation platforms.
