Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Officer to join our Head Office team. You will help families discover and engage with our early childhood services through compelling digital campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and analyse digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Develop lead‑generation strategies to drive enrolments and meet utilisation targets for each centre.
• Manage the social media plan, delivering content that reflects our purpose, brand positioning and values.
• Create and ideate content, blending storytelling with data‑driven strategy across digital and traditional channels.
• Maintain and optimise the website experience, ensuring accurate, conversion‑focused content.
• Support the launch of new childcare centres with targeted local marketing and community engagement.
• Continuously analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Project‑manage events such as Open Days and school community activations.
• Brief external suppliers including graphic designers, photographers and videographers.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related discipline.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery within a marketing department or agency.
• Proven ability to activate and analyse lead‑generation strategies.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Experience in the education or childcare sector is highly regarded.
