About the role
TerryWhite Chemmart is launching a new ecommerce operation and needs a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12‑month maternity leave contract. You will lead digital marketing programmes across web, app, CRM, email and paid media, working closely with the Digital Commerce Lead to grow online sales.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, CRM, email and app platforms.
- Collaborate with the Digital Commerce Lead to deliver the ecommerce trading calendar, promotions and digital merchandising.
- Turn GA4 and performance data into actionable marketing and trading recommendations.
- Lead and develop a Digital Marketing Specialist and an eCommerce Specialist, guiding them on a second Shopify brand.
Required profile
- Proven experience running digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM and email with measurable results.
- Background in ecommerce, understanding of trading, promotions, merchandising and conversion optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using GA4 to inform decisions.
- Ability to lead a small team and influence stakeholders across a large retail organisation.
