Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Georgiemane is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth across paid advertising, customer retention and e‑commerce conversion. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape and execute the digital strategy, turning customer insight into high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta campaigns, leveraging Andromeda for creative testing, strategy and scaling.
• Oversee Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max, handling product feeds, conversion measurement and budget allocation.
• Plan sales events, product launches and everyday trading, coordinating landing pages, bundles and gifts against stock and margin.
• Lead email and SMS strategy, segmentation and lifecycle flows, working with the creative team.
• Improve Shopify conversion through landing‑page, product‑page, cart and checkout testing.
• Monitor budgets, acquisition cost, revenue and contribution margin, reconciling platform data with business results.

Required profile

• Advanced, hands‑on Meta expertise with a deep understanding of Andromeda.
• Proven e‑commerce results from Meta and Google campaigns, with clear commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement on acquisition cost, contribution margin and budget management.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics and lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo.
