Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Square Capital is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to own the end‑to‑end digital acquisition process. You will design, launch and optimise data‑driven campaigns that attract high‑quality investors and feed qualified leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads for client acquisition.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation and conversion tracking.
• Build and refine lead‑generation funnels using landing pages, online forms, CRM workflows and lead‑scoring models.
• Analyse campaign data to improve lead quality, reduce cost per qualified lead and increase conversion rates.
• Engage qualified prospects, assess interest and arrange sales appointments, ensuring smooth hand‑over.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing with a proven record of generating qualified leads.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing paid digital campaigns and lead‑generation funnels independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with measurable results in lead volume, CPL and conversion performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to turn leads into sales appointments.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management or FinTech is highly regarded.
