Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist – Personal Health

About the role

Philips is looking for a Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist to join its Personal Health team in North Ryde. You will own the digital shelf experience across Amazon, other omnichannel retailers and the Philips brand e‑store, driving discoverability, shopper journey optimisation and peak‑event readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital shelf excellence on priority e‑commerce platforms, including product detail pages, enhanced content, ratings, reviews and retailer‑specific assets.
• Manage timely product updates on the Philips brand e‑store, ensuring accurate information, imagery and approved claims.
• Map and optimise the shopper journey from discovery to conversion across Amazon and other retailers.
• Develop annual and campaign‑level e‑commerce plans and lead activation for seasonal moments, new product launches and peak events.
• Monitor digital shelf, retailer and competitor performance, using data to recommend improvements in positioning, content and search.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a consumer brand, retailer, e‑commerce marketplace or digital‑shelf agency, preferably in FMCG, consumer health or beauty.
• Hands‑on expertise with Amazon and at least one other omnichannel retailer.
• Strong knowledge of factors that drive digital‑shelf performance, from PDPs and onsite search to ratings and conversion.
• Ability to translate retailer data into clear priorities, commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
