Digital Marketing Coordinator – SaaS & IoT (Sydney North Shore)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast‑growing Australian SaaS and IoT company. Working side‑by‑side with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day execution of paid‑media, website, and email campaigns, turning strategy into live results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Set up audiences, write ad copy, manage budgets and run structured creative tests.
• Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids and creatives to improve cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates.
• Create and update landing pages and keep the website current.
• Design, schedule and send lifecycle and conversion‑focused email programmes.
• Measure, analyse and report on website, paid‑media and email performance.
• Provide content and creative support for broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Curiosity about how the product works and who uses it.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset; enjoys seeing work go live quickly.
• Prior experience in tech, IoT or B2B is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working both onsite (4 days) and remotely (1 day) in a fast‑paced environment.

• Landing‑page creation and basic HTML/CSS.
• Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Web analytics and conversion tracking (Google Analytics).
• Data‑driven reporting and optimisation.

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $115,000 plus superannuation.
• Hybrid work model – 4 days onsite on Sydney’s North Shore, 1 day remote.
