Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day digital activities for My Auto Parts (MAP) and Auto Parts Group (APG). Working closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners, you will help deliver website updates, campaigns, EDMs and reporting on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Shopify product uploads, website content updates and basic site maintenance.
• Assist with digital campaign execution across email, website and paid media channels.
• Prepare EDMs and campaign assets using approved templates.
• Compile monthly digital marketing reports using GA4, Shopify and other platforms.
• Monitor website functionality and raise issues to internal teams or agencies.
• Manage briefs, assets and approvals between stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support SEO and paid‑media activities by providing content and campaign information.
• Liaise with Sales, IT, Customer Service and Operations to support digital initiatives.
• Coordinate workflow for product photography and digital content requirements.
• Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines and documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to write marketing copy and creative briefs.
• Eagerness to develop analytical skills and work with developers/IT.

Required skills

• Shopify or strong e‑commerce platform experience.
• GA4 and digital reporting experience.
• Understanding of SEO and PPC/paid‑media concepts.
• Website/CMS experience (WordPress desirable).
• EDM experience (Klaviyo or similar desirable).
