Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

Lawpath is seeking a technically sharp, commercially minded Digital Growth Specialist to own both paid media and SEO functions. This hybrid position will work across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and the company’s SEO ecosystem, linking digital activity directly to revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own site architecture, technical SEO infrastructure, and crawl health on a custom platform; drive keyword ranking strategy using SEMRush, SEOGets and Google Search Console.
• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and scale paid social on Meta and TikTok, including A/B testing and creative iteration.
• Produce bi‑weekly growth reports that connect channel activity to pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with Sales, CX, Data & Technology on attribution and conversion tracking.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a combined SEM/SEO or digital growth role, preferably in B2B SaaS, legal tech or subscription businesses.
• Proven experience running campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with a strong analytical mindset.
