Digital Content & Communications Specialist

About the role

The Digital Content & Communications Specialist will bring the BOUNCE experience to life across all digital channels. Working on‑site at venues, events and activations, you will capture authentic moments and turn them into engaging content that showcases the brand’s energy, personality and community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, capture and edit video and photo content at venues, events, partner activations and community experiences.
• Create high‑performing short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Produce assets that support both organic social growth and paid marketing campaigns.
• Transform everyday moments into brand‑building stories that drive audience growth and visitation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all digital communications align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Passion for storytelling and a strong visual sense.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments and on location.
• Ability to collaborate with creators, partners and internal teams.
