Digital and Creative Designer (Contract)

About the role

PharmaCare is seeking a proactive, creatively curious mid‑weight Digital Designer who loves social‑first creative, content creation and bringing ideas to life across digital channels. You will work on paid media, UGC‑style content, websites, EDMs and retailer assets, ensuring each piece resonates with the right audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling digital assets for social, paid media, e‑commerce and retailer channels.
• Design and adapt campaign content for Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and retail media platforms.
• Produce e‑commerce content including Amazon A+ Content, product pages, banners and EDM assets.
• Manage multiple projects, delivering assets on time, on brand and to specification.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales and Creative teams to deliver high‑quality campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in digital design, e‑commerce creative or production design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, with working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder management abilities.
