Digital Account Manager

About the role

TAG is a fast‑growing marketing studio looking for a Digital Account Manager to act as the day‑to‑day contact for multiple clients, drive strategic digital campaigns and support the studio’s own marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, handling onboarding, ongoing communication and revenue growth initiatives.
• Plan, brainstorm and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across social media and Google advertising.
• Monitor paid social and Google ad performance, produce analytics reports and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee social media content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Lead client meetings, internal creative sessions and support junior team members.
• Contribute to TAG’s own social media presence, including occasional TikTok or Instagram Reels.

Required profile

• Clear, confident communicator with a personal drive for success.
• Team player who remains graceful under pressure and embraces a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Strong time‑management skills and a willingness to learn from mistakes.

Required skills

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of email marketing, website design and development.
• Basic video production and photo editing capabilities.
