About the role
Lead a fast‑paced, customer‑focused Trade department, shaping the experience for commercial customers, driving growth and developing a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to deliver consistent, knowledgeable service for trade customers.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and drive sales through effective merchandising and availability.
- Collaborate with Trade Specialists and store staff to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
- Use customer insights to improve service and strengthen loyalty.
- Manage rostering, stock flow and day‑to‑day operations.
- Support community and local business connections to grow the customer base.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of customer service and commercial outcomes.
- Lead by example in safe work practices.
- Confidently interact with customers and teams.
- Act with integrity, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast environment.
