About the role
Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide real‑time, hands‑on support at one of its last‑mile delivery warehouses. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure packages are delivered on time and expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Connect customers with the appropriate experts and provide up‑to‑date information about their shipments.
- Communicate directly with customers in‑person, by phone, and via email.
- Empathise with customer needs, prioritize issues, and set realistic expectations.
- Resolve delivery problems quickly, including rescheduling and issue escalation.
- Maintain accurate, concise written communication and uphold Amazon’s values.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week).
- Customer‑focused mindset with good judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
