About the role
We are partnering with a leading New York‑based BigLaw firm to strengthen its Finance team. The firm seeks an experienced Debt Finance Attorney to join a top‑tier group handling high‑value transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients on complex debt finance and general banking matters.
- Participate in the execution of large‑ticket financing transactions.
- Collaborate with international law firm colleagues and cross‑border teams.
Required profile
- Strong background in debt finance and general banking.
- Experience working at an international law firm.
- Excellent academic record.
- Qualified attorney with a JD or equivalent.
