Day Shift Machine Operator (Bricks)

About the role

CSR is seeking a proactive and reliable Machine Operator to join its Thomastown, VIC site. You will be at the centre of the brick production line, inspecting product quality, operating machinery and supporting a safe, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect bricks to ensure only top‑quality items leave the site.
• Operate production machinery and perform routine quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazards promptly.
• Assist teammates during breaks or equipment breakdowns.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous production experience is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (preferred).
