Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Auror, you will partner with senior retail stakeholders to ensure they realise measurable crime‑reduction outcomes from the Auror platform. You will design engagement strategies, drive adoption, and translate data into compelling impact stories.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute engagement strategies that increase platform adoption and deliver provable outcomes.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, securing buy‑in across all stakeholder levels.
• Turn customer data into clear narratives that demonstrate crime‑reduction impact.
• Collaborate with Retail Partnership Managers to grow enterprise relationships and surface insights for product road‑mapping.
• Foster collaboration between retailers and law‑enforcement, identifying and strengthening key champions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management or similar SaaS‑focused roles.
• Experience managing mid‑market to large accounts, understanding account health and churn risk.
• Data‑driven storyteller who can turn raw metrics into business‑value narratives.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot expansion opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, workshops and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled tools for workflow automation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $90,000‑$115,000 AUD plus super.
