Customer Success Manager (Fitness & Leisure)

About the role

Join Xplor’s Fitness & Leisure vertical as a Customer Success Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. You will manage existing customers, generate new leads, and support clients across Australia, with occasional travel for onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and courteously.
• Conduct proactive account‑management calls and onsite visits to maximise the value of Xplor’s payments and software solutions.
• Demonstrate product benefits, provide analysis and recommendations, and deliver training via Teams and in‑person.
• Prepare and analyse monthly reports for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the Growth Account Manager to migrate clients from Clubware to Xplor Gym and identify upsell opportunities.
• Handle renewals, contract negotiations, and resigning of clients after contract expiry.

Required profile

• Entry‑level account‑management experience or 1‑2 years in customer service.
• Background in the health & fitness industry, preferably as a club manager or gym operator.
• Familiarity with direct‑debit payments and club management systems.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable making outbound calls.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce.
