Customer Success Manager - Age Better

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is looking for a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to lead the growth, customer success and strategic direction of its aged care segment, Age Better. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will build strategies that strengthen customer partnerships, drive sustainable growth and deliver results for aged care partners, working closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. The role is based in Paddington.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer success, retention and growth strategies.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative customer solutions.
• Provide market insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach and build a high-performing team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in customer success, business development or strategic stakeholder engagement in the health sector, ideally aged care, home care or community health.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering commercial and customer outcomes.
• Leadership, communication and influencing skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Regular local and interstate travel required; the role offers flexibility to work from home, an office or a mix of both.
