Customer Strategy & Digital Transformation Director

About the role

Orchard is seeking a Customer Strategy & Digital Transformation Director to lead growth and experience initiatives for its health and wellness clients. Reporting to the Head of Customer Growth & MarTech, you will diagnose client challenges, shape strategy, and oversee implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer growth strategies, identify new channels such as AI/GEO visibility, and build commercial cases.
• Design end‑to‑end experience journeys, value propositions and deliverable plans.
• Advise on Martech and data strategy, including platform, CRM, marketing automation and data‑layer decisions.
• Model commercial impact, translate targets into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead senior client relationships, present strategies and guide change processes.
• Collaborate with account, project management and delivery teams across Orchard.

Required profile

• 10+ years in customer growth and experience strategy with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to shape ambiguous briefs into clear, actionable plans.
• Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and operational detail.
• Confident client‑facing presence, able to build senior relationships autonomously.
• Experience in AI, data, analytics and CRO/experimentation environments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Optimizely, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of CDPs or other data platforms.
• Understanding of CRM, marketing automation and Martech ecosystems.
