Customer Solutions Project Manager

About the role

Aussie Broadband is looking for a Customer Solutions Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud and network projects. You will bring together cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure projects move smoothly from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects using best‑practice methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and PMBOK.
• Conduct kick‑off meetings, develop business cases and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery, including procurement.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and collaborate to improve service delivery.
• Monitor project team availability, identify resource gaps and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and contribute to PMO operational and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects in the telco or ISP sector.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget and meeting performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating agility, decisiveness and effective communication.
