About the role

Join efm Logistics as a Customer Service Specialist in Pyrmont, supporting the day‑to‑day movement of freight and delivering a superior logistics experience. You will work within a hybrid environment, collaborating with account managers and transport providers across a broad range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage day‑to‑day movement of freight within your portfolio.
• Provide valuable insights on freight movement and potential issues to Account Managers.
• Review and report on daily freight movements.
• Resolve enquiries to ensure a best‑in‑class logistics experience.
• Escalate priority issues when required.
• Build long‑term relationships with accounts across various industries and national transport providers.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Resilience, passion and ability to work under pressure.
• High motivation and energy with a focus on outstanding customer experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
