Customer Service Representative

About the role

Multi-Color Corporation manufactures labels for major FMCG brands and for brands in the pharmaceutical, durables and home & personal care sectors, across 109 manufacturing sites. As Customer Service Representative you will act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries accurately and efficiently while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, giving timely updates and resolving issues effectively.
• Process quotations, sales orders and customer forecasts accurately and monitor order progress through delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and support customer requirements.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and stock information in company systems and records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management or a similar role in manufacturing, packaging, printing or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service delivery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
