Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Computershare's friendly, first‑class customer service team in Melbourne. This full‑time hybrid role involves working in the Yarra Falls office at least three days a week and supporting customers across Western Australia during WA business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email and web‑chat enquiries from customers.
• Identify and support customers with complex needs, referring them to appropriate services.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering quality service to internal and external clients.
• Participate actively in team discussions, sharing knowledge and ideas.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.

Required profile

• Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for providing a fantastic customer experience.
• Fast learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.
• High initiative, logical problem‑solving approach.
• Availability to work Western Australian business hours (shifts typically 10:00 am–8:00 pm Melbourne time).
