About the role
Civica is recruiting Customer Service Representatives for Fines Victoria, supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing help with fines, providing clear guidance and a positive experience.
Required profile
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems or programs.
- Ability to understand and follow documented processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and team‑focused.
