Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused representative to join Services Australia’s Tier 1 Digital Support team in Perth. In this full‑time permanent position you will assist everyday Australians through inbound and outbound calls, helping them navigate self‑service portals and resolve enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Guide customers to use self‑service portals and locate the information they need.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone, building rapport with each caller.
• Work flexible hours within the Monday‑Friday 7 am‑7 pm roster to ensure coverage.

Required profile

• Based in Perth and able to work full‑time on‑site at the Troode Street office.
• Australian citizenship (must be over 18).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathise and engage.
• Strong computer literacy, multitasking ability and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to learn new skills.

• Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
