Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (Maitland)

About the role

We are seeking motivated, reliable and tech‑savvy Customer Service Representatives to join a busy Government Contact Centre supporting community enquiries. The role starts 13th July 2026, is a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension, and is based in Maitland with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information, guidance and support on a range of services.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues with empathy and confidence.
• Update systems, maintain accurate records and follow compliance processes.
• Collaborate within a team‑focused environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident typing, PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• National Police Check required.

• Proficient PC usage.
• Fast typing.
• Ability to learn new software systems.
