Customer Service Officer (Part-Time)

About the role

PrixCar Services, an automotive logistics company specialising in vehicle transport, processing and storage, fleet conversions and dealer vehicle storage, is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer in Outer Harbor. This is a permanent part-time position with working hours between 11:30 am and 4:30 pm, five days a week, covering a broad range of administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support and deliver personalised, professional service to customers across multiple communication channels
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and requests by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage front desk and reception duties as required
• Prepare quotes, process bookings and enter orders and pricing accurately into the internal system
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including raising purchase orders in a timely manner
• Arrange company fleet registration and preparation, order panel parts and coordinate their delivery
• Arrange delivery of vehicles to dealers or other destinations when ready for pick-up
• Generate reports and invoices as required by the team or management
• Work with the team to meet KPIs and service targets, and carry out other tasks directed by management

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
• Previous experience in administrative controls, procedures or coordination
• Experience with purchase orders and invoicing
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
