Customer Service Officer – Mawson Lakes

About the role

CSR is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join its Interior Systems team at the Mawson Lakes site. You will be at the centre of the customer experience, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and system channels.
• Process moderate to high‑complexity customer orders accurately.
• Provide product, technical and sales support across multiple brands.
• Manage stock availability, lead times and order‑fulfilment issues.
• Liaise with logistics to coordinate timely, cost‑effective deliveries.
• Keep customers informed on order status, delays and solutions.
• Investigate and resolve enquiries, complaints and returns.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within SAP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and dispatch teams to achieve outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Strong communicator with a professional, customer‑first mindset.
• Confidence handling complex queries and using multiple systems.
• Proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
• Team‑player mentality with a drive to succeed together.
