About the role

Join a national professional services organisation as a Customer Service Officer within the Trustee Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for Indigenous trust beneficiaries, handling a high volume of enquiries and ensuring they receive the support they need.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with beneficiaries daily via phone, email or in‑person.
Process trust distribution applications accurately and efficiently.
Handle enquiries and direct people to the appropriate advice or service.
Provide general administration support as required.

Required profile

Experience in a high‑volume contact centre or customer service environment.
Clear, respectful and professional communication style.
Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology.
Mature, reliable, motivated and able to meet deadlines.
Genuine desire to make a positive difference for others.
