Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to join our Fulfilment & Customer Support team in Waterloo, Sydney. This entry‑level role offers a pathway into logistics, warehouse operations, and supply‑chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and validate order data from Sales and support order handover.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate stock transfers and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Schedule deliveries to optimise routes and timelines.
• Maintain internal systems, fulfilment SOPs and track order status in WIP meetings.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse fulfilment or administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn.
• Full permanent working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (highly regarded).
