Customer Service Executive

About the role

Informa Connect is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join its Sydney office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will deliver exceptional service to internal and external conference customers, handling registrations, payments and enquiries with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Process delegate registrations, payments and cancellations accurately in the registration database.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee a smooth registration process before and during events.
• Maintain event information in the system and adhere to procedural deadlines.
• Support the team in achieving departmental objectives by sharing knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, flexible attitude.
• Previous administration experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using SAP (preferred).
