Customer Support Specialist

About the role

FP Markets is seeking a full‑time Customer Support Specialist for its Sydney office. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them via phone, email and live chat and guiding them through the company’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s website and trading platforms.
• Communicate with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and experience in the FX/CFD industry considered advantageous.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on public holidays.
