Customer Service Coordinator – Reservations

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator – Reservations will be the front‑line host for UniLodge residents, delivering a high‑quality experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a vibrant student accommodation environment and support residents with everyday needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the front‑desk reception, handling enquiries, check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Assist residents with queries about tenancy, studies, wellbeing and general needs.
• Conduct room showings for prospective tenants and help maintain occupancy targets.
• Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, security and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage car‑park accounts, monitor arrears and support leasing activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a “we care” attitude.
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented and passionate about problem solving.
