Customer Service Consultant – Temporary (Sept‑Jan)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our busy contact centre on a temporary basis from late September 2026 to late January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, providing fast, professional assistance while learning a range of systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries across multiple channels.
• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, following established procedures.
• Navigate several internal systems accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Build rapport with callers and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.
• Work scheduled shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a contact‑centre environment.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Emotionally resilient, balancing empathy with professionalism.
• Availability for the full assignment period and no extended leave planned.
• Eligibility to pass a National Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Full Australian work rights for the contract duration.
