About the role

Join Water Corporation’s Customer Contact Centre as a Customer Service Consultant, helping people with billing, payments and water‑related enquiries. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where each day brings new challenges and the chance to make a real difference for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing and account queries.
• Provide payment support, including setting up payment plans.
• Answer water, wastewater and service‑related questions.
• Guide customers through difficult situations with empathy and care.
• Deliver practical solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience across phone and digital channels.
