Customer Project Manager – Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Monitoring

About the role

Philips is a global healthcare leader seeking a Customer Project Manager to deliver state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic imaging, image‑guided therapy and hospital patient monitoring solutions across Western Australia. Based in Perth, you will manage end‑to‑end projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre‑sales process.
• Conduct site assessments, risk assessments, and develop budgets and project plans.
• Set project milestones, plan and interface with customers and stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Order, plan and execute required materials and resources on schedule.
• Review project plans regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Organise installation execution, user training and transition to service support.

Required profile

• Clinical experience in radiography, medical imaging or integrated patient monitoring solutions.
• Qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management or equivalent; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proven project‑management track record in healthcare equipment installation or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience in contract and risk management and strong supply‑chain understanding.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio and CAD.
