Customer Experience Expert – Part‑Time (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Customer Experience Expert will be the first point of contact for automotive glass customers at our Shepparton Service Centre, delivering warm, professional face‑to‑face service and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face customer service and sell vehicle accessory products.
• Greet customers, manage phone, email and in‑person enquiries, and update them on repair lead times.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with daily operations, schedule repair bookings and manage workflow.
• Conduct basic repair inspections, issue invoices, raise job authorities and resolve customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong face‑to‑face customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional presentation, positive attitude and ability to problem‑solve.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Full Australian work rights and a current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Administration experience supporting daily operations.
