Customer Experience (CX) Consultant

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring a Customer Experience Consultant for a full-time, 6-month contract with hybrid working. As the first point of contact for families across Australia, you will support enquiries about bookings, enrolments, billing and Child Care Subsidy matters, investigating issues and guiding families through complex situations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist families with billing, payments, bookings and subsidy enquiries
• Respond to calls, emails and online chat enquiries
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction

Required profile

• Customer service experience in a contact centre, collections, hospitality, retail, education, OSHC or similar environment
• Strong people skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Full Australian working rights required

Schedule: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm. The first 4 weeks are 9am to 5pm in the office for training, then hybrid work begins. Recruitment involves background checks and screenings, and the organisation welcomes people from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
