Customer Service Consultant

About the role

King Living is hiring a full-time Customer Service Consultant for its Design & Support Centre in Sydney. The role is the voice of one of Australia's most loved furniture brands, handling customer enquiries with empathy, finding solutions and leaving every conversation better than you found it. No furniture experience is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and turn frustrated customers into loyal ones
• Sort out delivery queries and other customer issues
• Use smart AI tools to work faster and focus on the person in front of you

Required profile

• Great communication skills, warm, clear and confident
• A calm, positive energy even when things get tricky
• A genuine desire to help people and follow through
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
• No furniture experience required
